Bush Rejected Flurry Of Requests For Clemency

In his last days in office, President George W Bush formally rejected requests for clemency from a host of prominent political and business figures, including junk bond king Michael Milken and former California Honorable Randy Duke Cunningham, recently issued by the Department of Justice records.
